Our Projects

We Serve
As Sweetewater Lions Club, we work towards serving any way that we can between fundraising to be able to offer more vision screenings, donate money to the Texas Lions Camp for operations, scholarships, donations to local community events, and food drive. We take pride in serving where we can and want to be an asset to the community where we can be!

Lion's Club Car Show

The 2023 Car Show is the Lion's Club 5th Annual Show, but in a new location at the Nolan County Courthouse in Sweetwater, Texas. We raise money to continue our annual vision screenings for the youth in our community and to be able to send kids to camp that have medical conditions and qualify for absolutley no cost to them.

Rattlesnake Roundup Flea Market

Lions Club provides both indoor and outdoor flea markets at the World's Largest Rattlesnake Roundup. We have a variety of vendors from jewerly to food trucks that come from all over the United States to be a part of it every year. As the indoor flea market stays full, we do have some space at the outdoor flea market if you have a booth idea, give us a call.

Eyeglass Program

Sweetwater Lions Club is able to provide eye screening to the community schools in hopes to find early detection of any eye problems at a young age to where it can be corrected by an optometrist as soon as possible. Currently we serve: Sweetwater ISD, Roscoe ISD, Blackwell ISD, Highland ISD, and Cornerstone Christian School.
